2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Once payment is received and services have commenced, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the service period. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Cancellation of services before the end of the prepaid period.
    • Dissatisfaction with services rendered.
    • Changes in personal circumstances.

3. Service Modifications

  • Pausing or Cancelling Services: Clients may request to pause or cancel services at any time. However, any unused portion of the prepaid service will not be refunded.
  • Service Adjustments: If you wish to modify your service plan (e.g., change frequency or scope), please contact us. Adjustments will take effect in the next billing cycle, and no refunds or credits will be issued for the current period.

4. Legal Rights

  • Consumer Guarantees Act: This refund policy does not intend to limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may have the right to seek remedies under the Act.
