Terms of Service for K9 Poo Crew

Welcome to K9 Poo Crew. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

K9 Poo Crew offers pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties across New Zealand. Our services include:

• Regularly scheduled waste removal.
• One-time clean-ups.
• Litter box cleaning.
• Other related services as agreed upon.

2. Service Access

Clients must ensure that our team has safe and unhindered access to the areas requiring service. This includes:

• Ensuring gates are unlocked or providing necessary access codes.
• Keeping pets secured during service times to ensure the safety of both pets and our staff.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Regular Services: Services are provided on scheduled days. While we strive to maintain consistency, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. Clients will be notified promptly of any adjustments.
• Cancellations: Clients can cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Billing: Billing will start immediately after sign up process has been completed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified.
• Late Payments: This is a prepaid service, if a payment is missed then the service will discontinue

5. Liability

• K9 Poo Crew is insured and takes all necessary precautions to perform services safely. However, we are not liable for:
  • Damage to property due to pre-existing conditions.
  • Injuries caused by client’s pets.
  • Issues arising from inaccessible areas or hazards not communicated to us.

6. Pet Safety and Health

• Our team disinfects equipment and footwear between services to prevent cross-contamination.
• Clients are responsible for informing us of any potential hazards, such as aggressive pets or unsafe conditions.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with a minimum of one week's notice. Outstanding balances must be settled upon termination.

8. Changes to Terms

K9 Poo Crew reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
